MSc in Electronic Engineering and Communications
Key Points
This course will provide graduates with the set of knowledge and skills necessary to work at a high level within the research, design and development divisions of the telecommunications sector and related areas in the electronics industry.
This program is delivered through lectures, practical work, assignments, and tutorials. Each student must complete six modules and also complete an independent learning portfolio, which includes a project / dissertation and selected research essays.

Admission requirements
- Grading scale.
- Grade / End date (in both original and translated language). A minimum second-class honors bachelor’s degree (grade 2.2 or higher) in electronic, computer, or communications engineering or a related discipline. Applications from candidates with at least a 2.2 honors bachelor’s degree and appropriate solid industry experience can also be considered strictly on a case-by-case basis.
- English Proficiency Test / Exam Date: If English is not your first language, you will need to provide evidence of your English proficiency as detailed on our website. Applicants for this program must have a minimum proficiency in English IELTS (academic version) of 6.5 overall (or equivalent) with at least a 6 in each component.
