You will learn how new products and services are created and how they get to market, as well as how innovation is managed in different types of organizations.

The program is designed to connect, integrate and incorporate research activity within regional small and medium-sized enterprises and to fill a skills gap identified within that sector.

The program will make it easier for students to explore their own interests in an active and practical way by carrying out research projects with local companies. They will experience what it means to conduct research and how to develop real-life scenarios for organizations working in a project-based way to apply the knowledge gained through the modules.

The program is designed for students or professionals who wish to obtain employment or apply practical research skills in their current work environment in the area of ​​research and innovation. It is equally suitable for seniors who wish to extend or develop a current project to a Level 9 grade for application within a real work environment.

The program will provide students with a comprehensive set of skills in research and innovation and provides a solid foundation for future graduate study, particularly for doctoral research.

Applicants require a Bachelor’s degree. Graduates from other disciplines with significant business / industry experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
