You can also take advantage of the opportunity to participate in an accredited one-year job placement between the second and third years. This placement will be credit and includes an additional year in the degree. Access to these locations will be limited and highly competitive.

Program structure
This bachelor of business course is a three-year honors degree (four years with the option of a placement *). The main course lasts six semesters, with continuous assessment throughout the course and exams at the end of each semester.
In each year of the degree, any student with a GPA of more than 70 will win a Dean award.
Upon completion, you will receive a QQI BA (Honors) degree in HRM at level 8 in the National Qualifications Framework.
* Students who complete the Career Management Skills module and meet the established qualification criteria are eligible (subject to availability) to complete a job position in the third year of the program and graduate after four years with 240 ECTS credits.

Admission requirements
Minimum entry requirements are a grade H5 and above in two upper-level subjects along with a minimum of O6 / H7 in four other subjects. A minimum grade of O6 / H7 must be obtained in English. An O6 / H7 grade must be earned in Mathematics.
