This bachelor of business course is a three-year honors degree (four years with the option of a placement *). The main course lasts six semesters, with continuous assessment throughout the course and exams at the end of each semester.

In each year of the degree, any student with a GPA of more than 70 will win a Dean award.

Upon completion, you will receive a QQI BA (Honors) degree in HRM at level 8 in the National Qualifications Framework.

* Students who complete the Career Management Skills module and meet the established qualification criteria are eligible (subject to availability) to complete a job position in the third year of the program and graduate after four years with 240 ECTS credits.

Admission requirements

Minimum entry requirements are a grade H5 and above in two upper-level subjects along with a minimum of O6 / H7 in four other subjects. A minimum grade of O6 / H7 must be obtained in English. An O6 / H7 grade must be earned in Mathematics.
