The course emphasizes a creative, inventive, organized and entrepreneurial approach. A key objective of the course is to develop well-rounded graduates with the ability to learn and develop to meet new challenges in their professional and personal development.
Business placement
Students will undergo a placement in Semester 4, the second half of Year 2. This mandatory placement can take place locally, nationally or internationally with our partner host employers.

Course delivery
The course is delivered through a combination of practical classes, tutorials, and lectures. Most of the time is spent in the kitchens cooking as a team and also individually. Guest lecturers, demonstrations and field trips are used throughout the 3 years of the course.

Admission requirements
→ International students will require a Bachelor’s degree from the country of origin. The degree and grades must be officially translated into English.
Applicants will require a baccalaureate degree officially translated into English.
→ IELTS 5.5 or higher (or its internationally recognized equivalent).
