Dublin City University, originally founded in 1989, is located north of Dublin City. There are five campuses – three academic – DCU Glasneivn in Glasnevin, DCU St Patricks and DCU All Hallows both in Drumcondra, a DCU Alpha innovation campus and the DCU Sports Campus also both in Glasnevin.

  • Minimum age: 18 years

  • The DCU community includes people from 110 countries. About a fifth of our university students are international students and about half of our research students come from countries outside of Ireland.

Across all of our campuses, we offer more than 1,400 rooms of specially designed student housing across our three teaching campuses.

You can also choose to live off campus in student accommodation or in shared houses or apartments.
