Greystone College’s Cooperative Diploma in Hotel Sales and Marketing program provides you with the skills necessary to achieve your goals through topics such as: market segmentation, market research, advertising, public relations, pricing, and revenue maximization.
Students gain industry knowledge through an internationally recognized hospitality program and gain valuable Canadian work experience during the cooperative work period. Students will be prepared for a variety of positions in the hospitality industry, such as a hotel marketing assistant, sales associate, public relations coordinator, and more.

Learning methods
Students taking the day program will follow the same course schedule from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm during all parts of study. During the first 24 weeks of the program, students will also take the Job Placement Skills Course (Part 1 and 2) during the afternoon block 2: 45-4: 00 PM to prepare for their cooperative. After completing the final course, students will begin their cooperative work practices.
Students taking the Evening Program will begin their program with a 2-week Job Search Preparation Course prior to taking their first 6-week course. After each 6-week course, students take a 2-week break before starting their next course.
Co-op experience
This work experience is an integral part of the Co-op program. Students will apply theories learned in class in real world work settings.
The program’s orientation and pre-placement classes will prepare you to find a suitable cooperative work experience. During your work experience period, you will receive the support and guidance of a dedicated cooperative coordinator.

Admission requirements
- Students who are interested in attending Greystone College must have a high school diploma, GED, or mature student status. For international students, a Bachelor’s degree taken in the country of origin will be necessary (for international students). The degree and grades must be officially translated into English.
- All applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate an intermediate level of English 4 with Greystone College’s online written and oral test.
- All students must have their own device (tablet / phone / laptop) to access course materials through our Learning Management System (LMS).
Online written and oral test is exempt if TOEFL iBT 65, IELTS 5.5 or ILSC I4 is taken.
If an applicant does not meet the minimum requirements, neither the institution nor the student can waive him.
