Yes. Once your documentation has been sent to the Admissions department, it will be studied to verify that the minimum academic entry requirements are met. Not all countries design their secondary education system as the system of the host country, so checks will be made and additional documentation will be requested if needed.
It depends on the qualification achieved in your country of origin. Once your documentation has been sent to the Admissions department, it will be studied to verify that the minimum academic entry requirements are met. The pertinent checks will be carried out and additional documentation will be requested if needed.
Depending on the country of destination, yes. Many universities in Ireland accept unfinished studies and can validate subjects or years / quarters taken as long as the study in the country of origin is related to the program to be studied. To check if previous studies can be validated, the documentation must be sent to the Admissions department of the destination institution.
To start an application process, just fill in the basic application form, attach a copy of your passport and make an initial deposit equivalent to € 350. Subsequently, proof of study documents, language level certificate and any other document required by the chosen institution must be consigned.
The application process begins with the submission of the application application, passport, documents proving previous studies, language level certificate and any other document required by the destination institution.
Once received by the Admissions department of the institution, the consignment will be evaluated and several scenarios will be presented:
The issuance of an initial offer letter (when the candidate is 100% eligible to be part of the chosen program),
The issuance of a conditional offer letter (when the candidate must still submit documentation)
And a suggestion to change the program when the candidate is not eligible to pursue the studies chosen by him.
The entire process can take approximately 10 days from when the Admissions department receives the student’s application.
Yes, but an initial offer letter will be issued stating that the student may be eligible for the program, but that the English certification has yet to be delivered to prove their aptitude in this field.
Completed application application, passport, certification of English level and the notes of the credits taken so far. A conditional letter will be issued in the case of being eligible for the program, detailing the missing documentation to obtain full admission.
Most institutions will require that your proof of study documentation be officially translated into the language in which the destination programs are taught. In few institutions, they accept simple translations, without being sworn. Your advisor will confirm this requirement when you start the application process.
The requirements will depend on your nationality. If the destination country requires the management of a study visa for nationals of your country, the process must begin in your country of origin, with the corresponding consulate / embassy.
If the country of destination does not require prior processing of a study visa for nationals of your country, the application process for residence / work permits is carried out at the destination, upon your arrival.
Yes, evidence of funds must be shown with a minimum access of 3,000 euros, in the case of Ireland and in the case of Canada and Australia, it will depend on the duration of your studies and the previous stipulations of each of the countries regarding to the province of studies, if you travel with family, etc.
In the case of Ireland, students will need to bring a current bank statement, less than a month old, showing this amount of money, as well as the account status in the last 6 months to obtain an account in their name (such as in your passport) accompanied by a debit card with the same name and the same bank account. The bank statement does not have to be in English, as long as the text is in Roman alphabet and the student’s name and currency are clear. If the text is in a different alphabet, it must be professionally translated and certified. Students can also use their parents’ bank statement, in case they are financing them. Any declaration of a parental account must share the same last name as the student and be accompanied by a color copy of their passport.
Once the initial offer letter has been issued, the full deposit required by each institution must be paid (the amount will depend on the institution and will be promptly informed by your advisor). Remember that, with your initial payment, you would be contributing part of that deposit, but for the final processing of the registration and the issuance of a receipt for payment of the deposit, the total amount required by the destination institution must be completely satisfied.
To make changes to your application, contact your educational advisor. Cancellations of the processes can also be managed, subject to a penalty on the amount initially delivered to start the application process (€ 60).
