Niagara College and the Toronto School of Management have partnered to offer select graduate certificates and diploma programs in downtown Toronto.
International students can enroll in Niagara College’s most sought-after programs while gaining access to the significant employment and entertainment opportunities that Canada’s largest and most multicultural city has to offer. Upon successful completion of a Niagara College diploma or graduate certificate program, you will be eligible to apply for a graduate work permit in Canada.

$ 1,000 CAD for international students who have successfully graduated from The Language Gallery (TLG) Pathway program, a minimum of 8 weeks, prior to the Niagara College – Toronto program start date.

- To be eligible for a PGWP (up to 3 years), students must:
- have a valid study permit
- study a total duration of 2 years or more
- Students studying for 1 academic year (8 months) will be eligible to apply for a Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) in Canada.
