Program structure
In this introduction to human resource and business management, you will learn successful management strategies used in today’s workplaces and appreciate the human elements of business while studying in the multicultural city of Berlin.

Admission requirements
To be eligible to study this degree, we need to see that you have:
- Two GCE A-Level or equivalent subjects, plus grade C or higher approvals in three GCSE or equivalent subjects; O
- Completed a recognized or equivalent access program
We also usually ask you for a personal statement showing your motivations for studying the course. We may also want references and evidence of relevant work experience.
Mastery of English
- IELTS 6.0 (not less than 5.5 in any element); o TOEFL iBT 60-78; or equivalent
- Alternatively, evidence that you have previously studied in English; A letter can be accepted to demonstrate that the medium of instruction was in English.
