A core part of the Master in Food Business and Innovation is a Food Industry Focused Research Project with the opportunity to work in a food company, food agency, university , bank or related establishment, where students gain valuable work experience and apply theoretical skills developed through culminating style lectures and seminars. Program structure
This Master’s course prepares students for a career in dynamic food businesses to play a leadership role in analyzing key industry issues and strategic management of the food industry. The balance of the modules in this program reflects the global nature of the food industry. Students will expand their knowledge of food, the food consumer, food innovation, and decision-making processes in companies that develop, brand, distribute, and sell food products. Through practical application, this program will equip graduates with analytical, communication, business and presentation skills, which are required and highly valued by the industry. Admission requirements
- Candidates must have an honors engineering degree or equivalent engineering qualification. However, candidates with equivalent academic qualifications and adequate experience may be accepted subject to approval by the College of Science, Engineering and Food Sciences.
- For international candidates, the foreign equivalent is required. In addition, an officially translated degree will be required.
- IELTS 6.5, with no less than 6 in any component < / span> (or its internationally recognized equivalent).
