  • Design, direct and supervise proposals in the areas of administration, production and service of food and beverages.
  • Produce and commercialize products.
  • Advise and train in areas of food safety and hygiene, proposal of menus, setting, protocol and service, spirits, wines and raw materials.
  • Lead and be part of interdisciplinary work teams involved in business management to optimize and take advantage of resources.
